Mobile applications

BLISKO

The BLISKO app complies with the Law of April 4, 2019 on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities. The exceptions are listed below.

Non-accessible elements and content:

  • Graphics published in the app do not contain alternative content. The app developer is currently working on enabling alternative content to be added to newly added attachments. The expected time from which graphic attachments will contain alternative content is December 31, 2021.
  • Archived documents published on the site before June 23, 2021 may not be available. We have no legal obligation to adapt these documents. If you need access to them contact us and indicate exactly which ones you are referring to and how we should adjust them.
  • The maps in the app are not digitally available. The app developer uses an external library, Mapbox, which does not declare digital availability of its maps. Currently, there is no alternative solution on the market that declares digital availability of maps. Accordingly, ensuring the availability of map functions means very high costs, which the app developer has assessed as an "undue burden" as described in the Digital Accessibility Law.
